Today I went to a special free day at a gym nearby. The whole morning was free Les Mills classes. I worked out for HOURS. I did Zumba, BodyStep, BodyPump, BodyAttack, BodyBalance and Sh’Bam, as well as some treadmill work. I calculated it, and I would have burnt around 1750 calories. Pretty damn happy with myself.
